The pace of technology improvements makes hearing instruments better all the time. It also makes it hard to stay on top of what’s new. Sonic training can keep you informed and at the peak of your game — and do it in the way that works best for you.
Besides our Phone Hotline and assistance through Online Support, Sonic offers several ways to get in-depth training. These options are a great way to become familiar with a new technology, introduce a new product line to your offerings, or refresh the skills and knowledge of your entire staff.
You can choose from these helpful Training methods:
Sonic posts a tremendous range of ready-made learning courses via our partner, AudiologyOnline. Log in to access free Sonic product introductions, training videos, webinars, and more. These training courses are a great way to see and hear from Sonic directly, while viewing at your own convenience.
Sonic E-Learning is an excellent option for continuing education credits, too. CEUs are available for many of the Sonic courses on AudiologyOnline.
Live Online Training
Sonic Online Support can be a lifesaver when you need to see a procedure in action. An Audiology Support Representative can remotely access your computer and walk you through a specific issue you’re having with a product. Screen-to-screen sharing is a great way to see “live” presentations.
Online Support may also be arranged for general training. You can remotely view a live training session from your office. You’ll be able to interact with a Sonic professional during the training and ask questions about the course as you go along. Call the Sonic Hotline to schedule an Online Training session.
If you’d like to involve your staff or a larger group, Sonic professionals can come to you. Training in your office offers the advantage of personal interaction, plus you’ll be using the equipment and resources you’re already familiar with. Simply call the Sonic Hotline to schedule an on-site training meeting.
Sonic has a variety of methods to teach you about fitting, products, and hearing topics.
